Micaela Slotin

Micaela Slotin has a diverse work experience in the arts and theater industry. Micaela started their career in 2013 as a General Technician and Stage Manager at Tufts University Cohen Auditorium, where they worked on various productions. Micaela then worked as a Box Office Attendant at Balch Arena Theater from 2014 to 2017.

In 2016, Micaela served as an Assistant Stage Manager at Company One and as a House Manager at PROVINCETOWN TENNESSEE WILLIAMS THEATER FESTIVAL INC. Micaela joined Moonbox Productions in 2019 as a Production Manager, a role they held until 2022.

In 2017, they began working at the Huntington Theatre Company, first as a Calderwood Pavilion Apprentice and later as an Assistant House Manager. During their one-year apprenticeship, they gained experience in event management, house management, and rental coordination for the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts.

From 2018 to 2019, Micaela worked as an Office Manager at Broadway in Boston, and in 2020, they joined Boston Lyric Opera as an Audience Services Coordinator. In this role, they provided customer service, managed the company's CRM system, and oversaw processes related to show cancellations due to COVID-19. Micaela was later promoted to Public Engagement Operations Manager before leaving in 2021.

Most recently, Micaela joined CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) in 2022, first as a Community Associate and then as a Community Specialist.

Micaela Slotin attended Tufts University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General.
