Naomi Arata's work experience begins in 2017 as an Intern at the Senate of the Philippines, where they worked from January to August 2017. In 2023, they joined CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) as a Community Associate in April 2023.
Naomi Arata obtained their Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science from De La Salle University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they had the opportunity to be an exchange student at Waseda University's School of International Liberal Studies in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to their university studies, they completed their high school education at the University of San Carlos from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Naomi achieved an Advanced Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Certification from the American TESOL Institute in December 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the Civil Service Professional Honor Graduate Eligibility from the Civil Service Commission in April 2018.
