Ola Szwacka

Ola Szwacka has extensive work experience in financial operations and administration. They started working at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) in 2005 as a Finance Manager and have recently been promoted to Director of Financial Operations & Administration in July 2021. Ola also has prior experience as an Approval Manager at the Social Insurance Institution from 2002 to 2005.

Ola Szwacka has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Technology from Gdansk University of Technology. Ola also holds a Master's degree in Management and Economics from the same university.
