Sabrina Baumgartner

Sabrina Baumgartner is a seasoned professional specializing in public health research and program evaluation, currently serving as the Lead Evaluator for Health Systems Integration Initiatives at Cicatelli Associates Inc since June 2019. In this role, Sabrina designs and implements evaluations for projects focused on sexual violence prevention, trauma-informed care, and HIV/AIDS while developing qualitative and quantitative data collection tools and maintaining databases. Prior experience includes contributions as an Evaluation Research Assistant at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and roles at the International Rescue Committee, Columbia University School of Nursing, and Tubman, where Sabrina developed valuable skills in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and program management. Sabrina holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.
