Biao Xue

Biao Xue is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) since August 2009, Biao oversees CICC's Hong Kong IT operations and previously held the role of Executive Director as New Product System Manager. Prior experience includes a Director position at UBS from August 2006 to August 2009, leading the APAC D&EL MO, and a Vice President role at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities involved equity derivatives and trading systems. Early career experience includes roles at PaineWebber and AT&T Bell Labs, contributing as a technical leader and key developer. Biao Xue holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Queens College.
