Vincent Gao

Vincent Gao is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Executive Director and Legal Counsel at CICC since January 2023, while also holding the position of Legal Counsel at China International Capital Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited since January 2019. Previous positions include Investment Funds Lawyer at Deacons from November 2008 to January 2019, and Associate roles at Simmons & Simmons and Allen & Gledhill between 2006 and 2008, specializing in hedge funds and retail funds, respectively. Vincent holds an LLB in Law from The University of Manchester and has completed a Postgraduate Practical Law Course at the Board of Legal Education, along with a Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore.
