Darla Champigny

Darla Champigny is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and Legal Counsel at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since July 2018, Darla has previously held senior legal roles at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals and RGP. At University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Darla managed a legal team and oversaw contract negotiations for various collaborations. Early career experiences include roles as a volunteer legal assistant at prestigious organizations such as Cancer Research UK and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, along with legal and market management positions at Henkel and Emerson & Cuming. Darla holds an MBA and a JD/MBA with a concentration in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University, as well as a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
