Nicci Annen

Nicci Annen is the Director of Aging & Disability Resource Center at CICOA. Nicci has been working in the workforce development field for over 10 years. Nicci started their career as a Mobile Career Manager with WorkOne Indy in 2007. In this role, Nicci worked on multiple projects, allowing their to develop a deep understanding of the employment trends within Indiana. Nicci helped clients develop their educational and career goals to match those of employers, and they also helped clients retain their new positions for the first year of employment to ensure success.

In 2015, Nicci left WorkOne Indy to take on the role of Director of Aging & Disability Resource Center at CICOA. In this role, Nicci is responsible for determination of organizational policies through the Workforce Investment Act and Trade Adjustment Assistance. Nicci also builds, establishes, and maintains relationships with employers and other organizations in the community in order to fulfill needs and develop partnerships. Additionally, Nicci develops and administers educational and career assessments to help individuals understand their needs and implement strategies that best suit their results from assessments. Finally, Nicci presents information sessions to a diversified customer base at job fairs, school functions, correctional facilities, libraries, rapid responses, housing agencies, and community centers and events.

Nicci Annen has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Nicci also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Criminal Justice from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Nicci is certified in Public Management from IUPUI.

Nicci Annen reports to Tauhric Brown, President & CEO. They work with Michael Johnson - Chief Financial Officer, Chad Bales - Assistant Director of Flourish Care Management, and Sarah Moore - Director of Options Counseling.
