Ariel K.

Ariel K. is an education professional with extensive experience in teaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Teacher Performance at CICS Northtown Academy since August 2022, Ariel previously held positions as a Science Teacher and Grade Level Chair at KIPP Chicago from August 2020 to August 2022 and as a Science Teacher in Dallas ISD from August 2012 to August 2020. Ariel's expertise includes delivering a rigorous life science curriculum focused on student achievement and college readiness, as well as coaching and mentoring fellow educators. Additionally, Ariel has experience as a pod leader for high-achieving middle school students and as an assistant basketball coach, emphasizing skill development and teamwork.
