Brenda Lynch

In response to the untimely death of December 2018 of Jim Ernst, Brenda’s husband, Brenda formed BKLYNCH Associates to assume the assets of his firm, James Ernst Accounting. Brenda wanted to find a business partner who shared the same high customer service Jim delivered over the last 20+ years for his Northern California homeowners association (HOA) clients and found this in CIDC. Brenda has been involved in the HOA industry for many years and has also provided human resource expertise in the healthcare industry. Brenda recently joined the CIDC team to partner in the expansion of the business and provide services in the different areas of human resources.
