Stephanie Pineda has extensive experience in customer care and account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at CID Resources, Inc. since August 2012. In this role, Stephanie oversees a team that manages SKUs for customers, ensuring effective communication between customers and production, warehouse, and design. Additionally, Stephanie is responsible for generating customer-related reports and maintaining compliance with guidelines on trim, packing lists, and shipping requirements. Prior to this, Stephanie held positions including Manager of Key Accounts at BIOWORLD MERCHANDISING, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and ensuring vendor compliance, as well as serving as Key Account Manager at Selecta Corporation, overseeing key accounts and a team of three employees.
