Frank Hughes

Frank Hughes has extensive experience in the field of clinical research and quality assurance. Frank started their career in 1997 as a Clinical Studies Assistant at Covance, where they provided administrative support for clinical projects. Frank then became a Clinical Research Associate, responsible for on-site monitoring and oversight of multiple investigator sites. At Quintiles, Frank took on various roles, including Auditor, Senior Auditor, and QA Manager, where they provided quality assurance oversight and consultation to project teams. Frank also served as an Independent Clinical Research Consultant before joining Vical as a Clinical Project Manager. Most recently, Frank worked at Cidara Therapeutics as a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, focusing on Good Clinical Practice. Throughout their career, Frank has demonstrated their expertise in managing study audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering effective communication with study sponsors and investigator sites.

Frank Hughes earned their Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior and Psychology from Towson University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Frank then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Saint Joseph's University, attending from 1995 to 1997.
