Adam Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic operations. As a Board Director at Cidori since August 2017, Adam focuses on business growth and oversees key business processes in Operations, Finance, and Sales for the managed learning and development service provider. Prior leadership roles include Vice Chairman at Nuneaton Borough FC, where Adam contributed to the club's community initiatives, and Director at JTJ Workplace Solutions.
