Nicola Arnold

Nicola Arnold has experience in business development, employment management, and employer engagement. Nicola currently works at Cidori, where Nicola supports and develops relationships with JCP and workplace referral agencies, as well as nurturing partnerships with employers to help more people into sustainable employment. Prior to Cidori, Nicola worked at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as an Administrative Officer. Nicola earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from The Open University.
