Carol Moschella

Carol Moschella has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Carol started their career at Liberty Power as a Sr. Manager, Human Resources in 2006 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined FirstService Residential Florida as a Regional Manager, Human Resources, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at ADP Resource as an HR Business Partner. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at CIE Tours International, a position they have held since 2017.

Carol Moschella earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts/American Studies from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. Carol also has obtained several additional certifications, including "Communicating Across Cultures" and "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in October 2020, and the "Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®)" certification from HRCI in September 2020.
