Previously, Melissa held positions as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, managing store operations and team development, and completed a College Program Internship at Walt Disney World, providing customer service in multiple roles. Earlier experience includes working as a Department Manager at McDonald's, focusing on team motivation and quality standards. Melissa holds an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education from Warren County Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University.
