Eryka - Maria Gizińska

Eryka-Maria Gizińska, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eryka - Maria started their career as an Account Manager for Microsoft at Sigma International, where they had the opportunity to organize Bill Gates' visit to Poland and handle media relations.

Eryka - Maria then worked at IBM as the Country Communications Manager and a Member of the Board of Directors. During their time at IBM, they organized the opening of the IBM Research Centre in Krakow, collaborating with government representatives and managing international media. Eryka - Maria was also responsible for effectively communicating the company's strategy and achieving a high volume of media coverage.

Moving on, Eryka-Maria joined Microsoft as a PR and Integrated Marketing Communication Manager, playing a key role in increasing sales results. Eryka - Maria conducted a sales campaign and organized a roadshow targeting major distributors in Poland.

Eryka - Maria later took up a position at Johnson & Johnson as the Communications and Marketing Director for the J&J North Region Organization. Here, they developed a comprehensive communication strategy, successfully launched the company's Polish website, and managed the budget for various projects.

Eryka-Maria then served as the Director of Communications at USP Zdrowie, where they honed their skills in communications and carried out their responsibilities until the end of 2014.

In 2015, they joined Ciech S.A., taking on the role of Director of Marketing and Communications Department.

In 2016, Eryka-Maria became the Vice President of the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Most recently, in 2019, they became a Manager at PKN ORLEN S.A.
