Santhosh Nair

Santhosh Nair has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Santhosh began their career as an Executive in Sales at Global Telesystems in 1998. Santhosh then worked as a Senior Executive in Sales at Al Salami Trading establishment (ASTE) from 1999 to 2000. After this, they joined TATA Speech & Software Technologies India as an Executive in Marketing from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Manager in BFSI practice at Datamatics Staffing Services in 2002. Santhosh then held various roles at Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., including Team Leader in Flexi Staffing from 2003 to 2005, and Centre Head in Pune from 2005 to 2007. Santhosh then became the Business Head of the Staffing & Network division at Ma Foi from 2007 to 2010. Moving on, they joined Randstad India, where they held the positions of General Manager in Network Operations from 2011 to 2012, Regional Director in Selection (south & west) from 2012 to 2013, and Director in Professional Staffing from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at CIEL HR, where they are responsible for bringing innovative practices in HR through analytics and technology.

Santhosh Nair holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Madras, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Govt Victoria college, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Santhosh also completed their Pre degree at Govt Victoria college from 1991 to 1993 and their high school education at St. Josephs from 1988 to 1991.
