Inida Noga

Inida Noga has a strong background in project management and business analysis. They have experience working for multiple companies in various industries.

At Ciellos, Inida Noga worked as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects from contract handover through to project close. They developed project plans, led project teams, tracked progress, and communicated status to management and stakeholders.

At Info Business Solutions, Inida Noga also worked as a Project Manager and maintained a portfolio of projects across multiple clients. They ensured that projects were delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They also implemented and followed agile practices and ensured that standard operating procedures were met.

At Communication Progress, Inida Noga initially worked as a Senior Business Analyst, leading business analysis in enterprise software projects. They worked closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, validate business requirements, and produced necessary documentation. In their later role as a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst, they were responsible for managing ERP and custom software solution projects, coordinating all project activities, and overseeing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Lastly, Inida Noga worked at IMB - Institute of Modelling in Business as an ERP Business Analyst and Software Implementation Expert. They analyzed, configured, adapted, and implemented modules of the ERP system for various business processes. They were also involved in the full implementation of Alpha Business Software in the private and public sector on different projects.

India Noga completed their Master of Science in Finance from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the Universiteti i Tiranes, studying from 2008 to 2011.

India Noga has also obtained additional certifications. In June 2020, they received the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Additionally, in June 2021, they obtained the CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA.
