Violetta Stemasova

Violetta Stemasova has a long and successful career in Human Resources and Recruiting. Violetta began their career in 2006 as an Administrative Manager at Cogniance, a global design and technology company. In 2008, they moved to Celenia as an Administrative Manager, and in 2011 they joined Emc-2 Software Development as an HR Manager. In 2013, they joined Inavante as a Recruiting Manager and Celenia again as a Regional HR Manager. In 2017, they founded Talentuch, a professional full service Human Resources (HR) Outsourcing, Advisory and Recruiting organization. Finally, in 2022 they joined Ciellos as the Director of Recruiting.

Violetta Stemasova has a degree in Transport Engineer from the National Aviation University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2006. In 2010, they received a degree in Regulation of Labor Relations, HR Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of the National Academy of Culture and Arts. In 2017, they obtained a degree in Fundamentals of Financial Wellness for the HR Professional from the Heartland Institute of Financial Education. Violetta also holds additional certifications, such as Foundations of Project Management from Coursera (obtained in 2023), Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020), and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in 2016).
