Kate L. Edwards

Kate L. Edwards is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Cielo Strategy Group since January 2017, Kate has a proven track record in developing comprehensive communication strategies and managing external communications. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Director of Communications & Marketing at the San Antonio Area Foundation, where responsibility included identifying key constituents and addressing their philanthropic needs. Earlier career experiences include working as a Development & Public Relations Associate at Mission Road Ministries, an Athletic Media Relations Student Intern at Baylor University, a Season Ticket Services Department Intern at Spurs Sports & Entertainment, and a Public Relations Summer Intern at Trinity University. Kate holds a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from Baylor University, where education was completed in 2005.
