Lawrence Lokman

Lawrence Lokman serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Santa Clara University since January 2023, following an extensive career in strategic communications roles. Previously, Lokman held the position of Vice President for Strategic Communications at Penn State University from October 2014 to October 2022. Prior to that, Lokman founded and managed Window In Communications, providing brand support for notable clients in the education sector. Other roles include Managing Director at Cause & Affect, Associate Vice Chancellor at UCLA, Vice President at The Rogers Group, and Sr. Communications Consultant at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Early career experience includes serving as Vice President of Programs at The Century Council and Account Executive at Braun-Ketchum Communications. Lokman earned a BA in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
