Jemma Karle

Jemma Karle is an accomplished Global Social Media Director at Cielo Talent, with extensive experience leading social media functions for a diverse portfolio of clients since June 2022. Previously serving as Senior Social Media Manager at Cielo Talent, Jemma successfully led strategy and daily operations for global employer brand accounts. Prior to that, Jemma held significant roles at Accor, managing global social media for Mövenpick Hotels and developing strategies that enhanced brand visibility and guest engagement across over 100 hotels. Jemma's early career includes leading a multilingual community engagement team at Etihad Airways, overseeing customer care and crisis management.
