Melvin Mah

Melvin Mah serves as the Client Services Manager for Asia at Sanofi since June 2022, leading the Talent Acquisition team across multiple countries including Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Concurrently, Melvin holds the position of Talent Acquisition Operations Manager for Asia at Cielo Talent. Previously, Melvin worked at Roche as the Recruiting Business Network Lead for the APAC region, implementing recruitment strategies and fostering collaboration among Talent Acquisition Partners. Melvin's extensive experience includes roles at Korn Ferry, Shell, and PentagonPlus, with a focus on recruitment solutions across various sectors. Educationally, Melvin holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from the University of South Australia, in addition to ongoing studies at Harvard University in Human Health and Global Environmental Change.
