Vanessa Nkounke

Vanessa Nkounke currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Imperial Brands PLC, having started in April 2024. With extensive experience in recruitment, Vanessa has also been a Senior Recruiter for EMEA at Cielo Talent since April 2022, focusing on enhancing client talent acquisition. Prior to these roles, Vanessa held various positions in recruitment and human resources, including Recruitment Delivery Leader and Senior Recruiter at Vialto Partners, HR Recruitment Specialist at NCH Europe, and Senior Recruitment Specialist at The Challenge. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both from Coventry University.
