Joanna Ridgway

Joanna Ridgway serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Cien.ai, an innovative AI data analytics company, while also acting as a Strategic Advisor to the CEO for global business development. In addition, Joanna holds the position of Venture Partner at Transitions First, a sustainable infrastructure tech and circular economy VC Fund, and is an Investing Member of the Portfolia Funds, focusing on entrepreneurial investments for women. Previously, Joanna has led corporate banking strategies as Managing Director at Santander Bank and has held various leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Joanna's early career included experiences at Hudson Advisors, Greystone Communities, and Bank of America. Education credentials include a BBA in Business Administration from Rhodes College and executive leadership training from The London School of Economics.
