Alison Wilson

Alison Wilson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global fulfillment operations and order management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Fulfillment Operations at Ciena since March 2010, Alison is responsible for the comprehensive management of customer orders, covering various functions including distribution and logistics. Prior roles at Ciena included Senior Director positions overseeing customer order operations and regional network services. Alison's career began at DDL Electronics and Randox, where significant roles included Quality Manager and R&D Team Leader. Alison holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Physiology from the University of Sunderland and has a solid educational foundation from Banbridge Academy.
