Anne Marie Lever

Anne Marie Lever brings extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the VP of People & Culture and Global Employee Relations at Ciena since March 2010, where responsibilities include supporting the GM of a 5000-person global Product Organization. Prior roles include HR Senior Director and Employee Relations Specialist as well as HR Director at Nortel Networks from January 2004 to March 2010, and HR Manager at Bookham Technology. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Nortel and an Adjudicator at WSIB. Anne Marie Lever holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with Distinction from Carleton University.
