Nicole Anderson

Nicole Anderson currently serves as Vice President of Global Communications & Branding at Ciena, a position held since May 2000. In this role, Nicole oversees various functions including public/media relations, executive communications, internal communications, social media, industry analyst relations, financial and investor communications, crisis communications, and acts as a spokesperson for the company. Prior to Ciena, Nicole worked as an Account Assistant at Strategic Communications Group from June 1999 to March 2000. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Maryland, completing studies from 1997 to 2001.
