Sandeep Voggu

Sandeep Voggu is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in customer service and service assurance roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Account Manager at Ciena since November 2015, Sandeep previously held positions at Tata Communications as a Service Assurance Manager and Service Assurance Lead, overseeing the Service Assurance segment of SEACOM NOC. Earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Transmission Engineer at Reliance Globalcom Ltd. and an Engineer O&M for Bharti Airtel Limited, focusing on operations and maintenance for undersea cable systems. Sandeep began the career as an Engineer Trainee at Fujitsu Optel Ltd., specializing in DWDM technology. Academically, Sandeep holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Lenora College of Engineering, completed in 2004, and attended ZPSS, Kandukuru for secondary education.
