Luis Azevedo Rodrigues

Luis Azevedo Rodrigues has a diverse work experience history. Luis Azevedo worked as an Executive Director and Coordinator at Lagos Live Science Centre, where they were responsible for managing scientific and educational programs. Luis Azevedo also served as the Executive Director of Lagos Ciencia Viva Science Centre. Additionally, Luis worked as a Paleontologist and Blogger at Science Blogs Brazil. Luis Azevedo has also worked as a Teacher at Secundária Gil Eanes and Escola Secundária Henriques Nogueira. Prior to these roles, Luis was a Research Associate at MNHN/UL.

Luis Azevedo Rodrigues completed their education in the field of Biology and Geology. Luis Azevedo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Geology from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, from the years 1991 to 1995. Later, Luis pursued further studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they earned a Master's degree in Biology - Paleontology, spanning from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a PhD at the same institution specializing in Biology - Paleontology, completing it from 2004 to 2009.
