Michaela Fisher

Michaela Fisher has over two decades of work experience in various roles and organizations. Michaela began their career in 1998 as a Graduate Trainee at Dunlop Tyres Ltd. Michaela then joined Alliance & Leicester in 2000 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they moved to Santander UK and took on the role of Information Technology Project Manager. Michaela later became a Programme Manager and worked in that position until December 2021. In January 2022, they joined Cifas as the Head of Operations, and in April 2023, they were promoted to the position of Head of Operational Change.

Michaela Fisher earned a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Nottingham Trent University between 1995 and 1998.
