Paul Carroll

Paul Carroll is a seasoned professional in fraud operations and intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Capco since February 2025. Carroll has been actively involved in various organizations, including as a Steering Group Member for the South West Fraud Forum and Chair of the London and South East Organised Fraud and Intelligence Group at Cifas. With a significant tenure at TSB Bank, Carroll held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager within Fraud Operations and Fraud Investigations and Intelligence until February 2025. Prior experience includes Chief Inspector at the City of London Police's National Fraud Intelligence Bureau, where strategic direction for fraud operations was provided, and Inspector leading innovation and change management initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Terrorism and Counter Terrorism Studies from the University of East London and A-Levels from Bournemouth Grammar School.
