Anne Marie Gorman

Anne Marie Gorman, JD/LLM, serves as the Chief Legal Counsel and Director of Business Management (Americas) at Cambridge Industries USA, Inc., a subsidiary of CIG Shanghai Co. Ltd., since March 2014, while also holding the role of Chief Legal Counsel for Cambridge Industries Group since February 2009. Gorman specializes in the legal execution and negotiation of commercial transactions, contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance in the telecommunications industry. Prior experience includes roles as a start-up owner-operator and general counsel at G2R Properties LLC and MicroData Services LLC, as well as litigation specialization at Daniels & Daniels and Lotz & Associates PC. Gorman holds an LLM in International Law and a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law, and has studied at prestigious institutions such as Beijing University, Fudan University, Universite de Strasbourg, and The University of Texas at Austin.
