Gregory Makoff is a Senior Fellow at both the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Centre for International Governance Innovation. Gregory has previously held positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Citi, where Gregory was the Global Head of Sovereign Liability Management. Makoff holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
