Sabhanaz Rashid Diya

Sabhanaz Rashid Diya is the Founder and Executive Director of Tech Global Institute, a global tech policy think tank. Sabhanaz Rashid is also a Visiting Policy Fellow at Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation. Diya has previous experience as Head of Public Policy at Meta and in various leadership roles at organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and United States Department of Defense. Their educational background includes a Master of Public Policy in Technology Policy and International Affairs from the University of California, Berkeley.
