Aleta Mills is an experienced healthcare administrator with over two decades of expertise in network management and provider relations. Currently serving as the Director of Network Management at Cigna Healthcare since May 2020, Aleta previously held senior positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Senior Network Contract Manager, and has extensive experience with Coventry Health Care, eHDL, Aetna, and Prudential Healthcare. Aleta's educational background includes a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakwood University. Throughout a career marked by strategic management and contract negotiation, Aleta has focused on building sustainable provider networks and enhancing healthcare delivery systems.
