Erin Heitland

Erin Heitland, PHR, currently works as an Employee Relations Advisor at Cigna since October 2022 and has been a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Erin held various positions at Serco from January 2014 to October 2022, including Sr. Specialist in Employee Relations and HR Risk & Compliance, as well as Human Resources Business Partner. Erin's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at US Foodservice from March 2001 to January 2014. Erin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Psychology from Maryville University of Saint Louis between 2003 and 2006.
