Hesham Soliman

Hesham Soliman is an accomplished engineering management professional with over two decades of experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering Management at Cigna since September 2016, Hesham leads a team of over 40 full stack software engineers, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery within budget. Prior roles at Cigna included Project Manager for multi-million dollar strategic projects, such as ICD-10 implementation and behavioral data center relocation, and Design Lead for a complex medical claim engine. Previously, at Independent Health, Hesham managed a team of 15 while conducting training sessions, and in prior positions at United Saudi Bank and National Bank of Egypt, demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills. Hesham holds an MBA from Meredith College and degrees in Applied Statistics and Economics and Accounting from Cairo University and Zagazig University, respectively.
