Jim Timmins

Jim Timmins has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Architecture Senior Manager for Contact Center Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Architecture at Cigna Healthcare since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at eLoyalty, a TeleTech Company, from February 2014 to August 2022, including Telecommunications Solution Architect and Principal Telecommunications Engineer. Earlier in Jim's career, from June 2008 to February 2014, Jim worked as an Information Technology Supervisor and LIS & Network Administrator at Foundation Laboratory.
