John Muro

John Muro has a strong background in product management and business operations. John is currently working at Cigna as the Product Director, focusing on end-to-end transformation. Prior to this, they worked at Asurion for eight years, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Product Management, Senior Manager of Product Management, and Manager of Product Management. At Asurion, they led teams, managed P&L, developed product roadmaps, and served as a subject matter expert, delivering presentations to top executives and stakeholders. Before joining Asurion, John worked at SRA International as a Business Operations and Finance Manager, and at ModSpace, Technology and Management Services, and FERGUSON in various managerial roles.

John Muro has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management & Technology / Communications from Syracuse University. John also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
