Melissa Duong

Melissa Duong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melissa began their career as a Marketing Intern at Carrier Corporation in 2001, where they assisted in planning the Month of May Indianapolis 500 events and created articles for newsletters. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an Advisor at WestPoint Financial Group, helping individuals and business owners with estate planning and benefit plans. Melissa then joined Washington National Insurance Company as an Agency Development Consultant in 2005, managing a 25-state territory and recruiting, training, and motivating agents. In 2014, they became a Regional Sales Manager at United National Life Insurance Company of America, focusing on middle-income individuals and families in rural America. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Vice President, National Accounts Strategy & Business Development at Cigna, where they play a key role in the company's growth and development.

Melissa Duong obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management from Butler University, graduating in 2002. Melissa studied at Butler University's Lacy School of Business during their time at the university.
