Michelle Lynch

Michelle Lynch is an accomplished sales operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Director for Individual and Family Plans at Cigna Healthcare since June 2023, Lynch previously held senior leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 2002 to 2022, including Sr. Director of Sales Support, Solutions & Operations, where responsibilities involved driving sales technology and business transformation initiatives. Lynch also held roles such as Sr. Director of Sales Business Solutions, leading a cross-functional team to implement significant process and technology improvements, and Director of Sales Technology Solutions, focusing on strategy and actionable insights. Earlier career experiences include positions at Gateway as Program Manager and at New England Financial in project and directorial roles.
