Reed Engel

Reed Engel is an accomplished health and wellness professional with extensive experience in program management and strategy development. Currently serving as a National Accounts Health Engagement Advisor at Cigna since December 2019, Reed is responsible for wellness program strategy and operations, including the implementation of new wellness platforms. Previous roles include Senior Wellness Manager at Healthyroads, where Reed managed wellness initiatives, and Director of Wellness Strategies at Mather Institute on Aging, where an award-winning wellness program was created for over 600 staff. Reed has also contributed to various organizations such as the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion and the Peace Corps, focusing on health promotion and community well-being. Reed holds a Ph.D. in Health Promotion from Purdue University and multiple master's degrees from Miami University.
