Russell Holbrook

Russell Holbrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and data analytics, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Cigna Healthcare since 2020. In this role, Russell directs strategy and execution for IFP Risk Adjustment Data & Analytics, achieving significant P&L impacts and leading a cloud modernization initiative that transitions legacy platforms to AWS/Databricks. Prior to Cigna, Russell was a Product Manager and Agile Coach at Skyline Technology Solutions, where product strategy and analytics for cloud-first video solutions were defined. During a lengthy career at Travelers, Russell held several positions including Director of IT, managing large teams and substantial budgets, and earlier roles as Senior Data Architect. Russell holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Washington.
