Tracy Law, CSM, has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing analysis, currently serving as a Senior QA & Testing Analyst at Cigna since September 2013, where Tracy established testing best practices and developed regression test cases for key applications including NextGen EMR and Salesforce. Prior to Cigna, Tracy worked at Willis as a Quality Assurance Analyst, overseeing the testing of a multimillion-dollar Agency Management system and the WINS software, while also managing defect resolution and user setup. Tracy's career began at Deloitte, where responsibilities included leading functional analysis for a customized Time and Expense application. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Tennessee Technological University.
