Jeffery Lau is currently a Senior Manager in Customer Care at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, a non-profit organization that provides horse racing, sporting, and betting entertainment. Prior to this, Jeffery held positions at Cigna Hong Kong, Prudential Hong Kong, and DHL, where jeffery gained extensive experience in customer engagement, broker service, and contact center management. Jeffery obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Management and Technology in 2015.
