Emmanuel Obulezi

Emmanuel Obulezi is a health informatics professional with experience at CIHPNG since October 2019, where roles have included Health Informatics Associate and Health Informatics Assistant. Prior to this, Emmanuel worked as a Data Entry Assistant (DEA) at APIN Public Health Initiative from March 2018 to September 2019. Emmanuel holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Engineering and Technology from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, earned between October 2004 and September 2009.
