Davian Daley has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Davian began their career in 2008 as an IT Technician for Freelance PC Repair, where they were responsible for installing RAM on old PCs, configuring networks using routers and switches, and cleaning PCs/laptops that contained viruses, trojans, and worms. From 2015 to 2017, they worked for Alphanumeric Systems as a Service Desk Analyst, where they provided 2nd line support troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware, created domain accounts using Active Directory, managed and distributed O365 account licenses, and more. From 2017 to 2019, they worked for Tata Consultancy Services as an L2 Deskside Support Technician, an Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead, and a Service Desk Analyst. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Cloud Engineer for Cii Technology Solutions, Inc.
Davian Daley has a comprehensive educational history. In 2003, they graduated from Central-Hower High School with a high school diploma. In 2008, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking & Security Technology from the Akron Institute of Herzing University. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Strayer University and earned a Bachelor of Information Systems – Cyber Security in the field of Information Technology. Davian also has four additional certifications, including a Microsoft Azure Fundamental certification from Microsoft obtained in September 2021, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft obtained in September 2021, a Microsoft Digital Literacy certification from Microsoft obtained in June 2013, and a Costumers Service Representative certification obtained in May 2013.
