Alina Khoma (Shepshelei) is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager currently at Ciklum since July 2021, where responsibilities include client communication, team coordination, implementing Scrum practices, and managing project processes. Previous roles include Delivery Coordinator at Ciklum, and Chief Delivery Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Innovations Development Lab, where Alina focused on project management, team hiring, process formalization, and client relations.
